Where I make it apparent, that I will be the last coach you'll need when it comes to finally accomplishing your goals and losing weight for life.
I will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to achieve sustainable weight loss and maintain it for life. Still continuing to improve in the gym getting stronger, and building more muscle as time goes on.
I've been in the same shoes of millions around the world and know the struggles you all deal with daily. I was once confused, unhappy with being overweight, and unsure where to even begin to make a change. But now I'm confident, happy that I finally got into shape, and went through trial and error figuring out how to achieve these goals for myself.
Now I can help all of those who feel stuck like I was, truly make a change that will last forever. When I was overweight my ultimate fitness goal was achieving a body fat percentage where I look good, feel good, and through sustainability and educating myself, could continually progress forever. I've achieved it and new goals are now set in place that I want to accomplish along the way of my journey, one of them being to help as many people as I can! I understand the questions/concerns that are most often expressed, and have put together a FAQ to hopefully resolve some of those.
No. Here at DevinVansantFItness, your program will be custom made specifically for you based on previous information filled out prior to receiving the program. Adjustments to the workout and nutrition plans will be made when needed for you, makings things on your end easy to follow. You will also have 24/7 text support with me, to help you get over any obstacles you come across!
A gym membership is not required. Depending on you and your goals, you will be given a custom workout plan tailored to you and the equipment you have access to.
Because you will learn to think less of it as a diet, and more as a lifestyle change. If your diet isn't sustainable you won't stick to it, that's why I make your plan feel like your not even dieting. You will be given recipes that range from beginner to advanced, that feature delicious high volume low-calorie dense foods, catered to foods that you'll actually enjoy and will keep you satiated. (Made with mostly ready-available and budget friendly ingredients). You'll learn what actually determines weight/fat loss or gain, and the best ways to apply things to your life along the way of the program. By the time you leave the program, you'll understand how to sustain weight loss for life, never letting yourself become overweight again!
Yes. While 1:1 Coaching may not be free, there will be loads of useful content and information all for free coming in the near future! From recipes, to guides, to courses with workout plans, so make sure to stick around for all that's to come. With all that being said, your health is your #1 asset and if you don't have your health what do you have? If a health complication from being overweight were to take your life, you would give everything you have for the opportunity to better change and prevent it. So why not take action now, and invest in your health and future? A future where your active with the people you love, no setbacks from being overweight, finally leading the charge in physical activities with confidence. Happiness in knowing you took back control of your life, and you have the discipline and the knowledge to continue to make progress and further improve your life and the people around you. These are things you cannot ultimately put a final price tag on.
All depends on you and your goals, but you can expect weight fluctuations for the first 2-3 weeks, before hitting a steady decline of 1-5 pounds a week for the average person joining the program. Results you can see and feel will come with consistency over time and will vary, but you'll typically start seeing some sort of results after the 3 week mark.
